About Us

The Anglican Parish of South East Tasmania is a network of churches in the South East of Tasmania, spanning 100km from the top of the Coal River Valley to the southern reaches of the picturesque Tasman Peninsula. We are an Anglican church in the evangelical tradition. We are committed to being a church for Tasmania making disciples of Jesus. We believe that the word of God as found in the Bible is trustworthy, relevant for living God's way in today's world and that people of all ages are empowered to live renewed lives through God's Holy Spirit. Our local communities have been linked to the life of the church for almost 200 years with a number of church buildings forming part of the rich history of Tasmania.
